At Banana Club, we want you to love your style; if a fit isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached, and items should be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

Drop Off Package

Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your returned fashion pieces, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
